So, how do you stay positive in the face of all the distractions and pointless activities vying for your attention? How can one make the most of this time and emerge productive, especially when everyone else is whining about the Covid-19 outbreak’s negative effects?

Although, because we are all under lockdown in our different locations, it may be tough to form new relationships. However, reach out to them more than ever before in order to build new ones or retain existing ones. Make the most of this time to interact with your family and friends and establish greater intimacy.

You may be self-isolating or distant from your family if you don’t have access to close friends or family. Using social media to form social relationships can help you stay optimistic, unburden your mind, relieve emotional stress, and equip you to work effectively without any psychological barriers.

This is not the time to be alone all the time, to shut yourself off from the rest of the world, or to isolate yourself from the rest of the world. Not social abstinence, but social seclusion and separation.

Engaging with your pals over a video chat can deliver a greater human sense than audio phoning or texting one another via email or social messaging apps, thanks to technology. Whatever you choose to do, you should do it because it makes you happy.
